Our First Phone Call, or series of emails, will consist of figuring out where you are in the planning process and where you need to go next. We create a timeline of tasks that will be completed one task a week.

You are coordinating an event that is likely to have many moving parts. Together, we will orchestrate detailed lists of questions to ask each vendor in the initial meeting process to ensure you are being quoted pricing for everything you are wanting. 

You are not sure where to look for vendors? I can assist in directing you to the highest ranked businesses in your area, I can compile data, menus, offerings, pricing and other information, but the ultimate decision is yours to make. 

I go through the fine print to make sure you are covered with what you need to have a successful event. I will make suggestions on what might be missing, what might be too much, or what might not be enough. This incudes breaking down the prices and fees to make sure you are not paying for things twice. 

From picking your colors to finding your looks, creating a vision board makes it all seem so real! 

Separating out your thoughts to what is truly important for your event day, and what are wishes and hopes. Defining what is realistic and what is just not, then find an alternative. 

You don't have the time, energy, or personality to talk over things with your vendors? No Problem. You bring your concerns and issues to me, and I contact them, discuss issues, ask for the changes, make arrangements and clarify questions. This saves you time and stress so you can just concentrate on celebrating things! 

This task can take 2 weeks.. but it'll be worth it.  with Bigger Weddings it eliminates chaos , with Medium size events it maintains a steady flow, with intimate events, it gives everyone direction with out having to be directed. No matter the size of your event, it adds a touch of class that makes everyone feel intentionally welcome. 

Once all of your vendors are hired, and the details are discussed, I create a workable timeline that folds in a few extra moments here and there to keep you on schedule. I even set up scheduled timed texts to the person who is in charge on your event day for reminders. 

I will provide you with the digital templates that you can print out to make handling these tasks a breeze

Labeled with a Monogram for your event, in the colors you set, will make you feel like a pro yourself. Nothing is better than pretty stationery. 

Endless Emails, scheduled Zoom and Phone calls, " Ask Me Anything" guidance, and Problem Solving for unexpected issues. 

Creating Printable items such as Table Seat Assignments, Welcome Signs, Programs, Thank you Cards, Table Numbers and Place Cards. *** All of these can be done, but at an additional cost. ***

Day Of  On Site Coordination- As this is a virtual service, I am here to assist you. If a Day of Coordinator is needed, I can assist in finding one, or make arrangements to be onsite for your day, for a legitimate fee.
